Your Legal Rights
Customer who purchases goods online, mail and telephone order or in our warehouse have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of purchase date even if the goods aren’t faulty.
We will give the refund the within 14 days of receiving the goods back. The customer doesn’t have to provide a reason for getting a refund.
Repairs and replacements
If a customer has ‘accepted’ an item, but later discovers a fault, we will repair or replace it. The customer can still reject the item after it’s been repaired or replaced.
A customer has accepted an item if they’ve:
- Told you they’ve accepted it (having had enough opportunity to inspect the item before confirming they’ve received it).
- Altered the item.
We will repair or replace an item if a customer returns it within 14 days – unless we can prove it wasn’t faulty when the customer bought it.
We will ask a customer to prove an item was faulty when they bought it if they ask for a repair or replacement.
Proof of purchase
Customer must proof that they bought an item from us. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement or packaging in order to get the refund.
Items returned by someone other than the buyer.
We only accept returns from the person who bought the item.
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt/Invoice within 14 days of purchased date and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note or refund.
