Products Satisfaction or your money back!

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you’ve bought from us, you can get your money back within 14 days of your purchase.

This guarantee works only for products bought online from our website www.wholesalebabyproducts.co.uk. If you’ve bought your products in retail or from another website, please contact them and check their Returns policy.

14-day return guarantee

Our Returns guarantee allows you to cancel your order within the 14-day guarantee period starting from the date the product is received. In order to benefit from this additional guarantee, please follow the procedure below:

How to return a product

Please note that we can only accept returns of boxed/packed product if the item is returned to us in its original sealed packaging. Please follow the procedure below:

Email us with the following information:

  • your contact information (last name, first name, address, email, phone number).
  • Name of the products.
  • your reason for return
  • for boxed items, confirmation that the box is still in its original sealed packaging. If the item has been opened, we are not obliged to offer a refund on the purchase.

Refunding

If you have purchased your item by credit card, the refund is re-credited to the account associated with the credit card used for the order. If you have purchased your item using any other payment method, we’ll send you a refund by check once approved by our Financial Department. This guarantee is without prejudice of the exercise of the statutory right of returning products during the 7-day cooling off period.

Other costs

Please note that when returning our products you are responsible for the delivery/postage costs and any payment fees.
